College Drive near the Main Street/ND Highway 23 intersection in New Town is expected to reopen to traffic on Monday, September 28. College Drive was temporarily closed to allow crews to work on the New Town Main Street Reconstruction project. This project includes concrete overlay, roadway widening, shoulder reconstruction, storm drain reconstruction, curb and gutter reconstruction, sewer reconstruction, and water main reconstruction, lighting and signals.
Motorists should expect varying traffic restrictions in the project area throughout the construction season.
